Class : Level 2 Knitting: Sugar Raglan Tee

Join us at the Shop for this 4-Week Knitting Workshop! This course is perfect for knitters who have completed our Beginner Knitting Class (or comparable) and are ready to jump into increases, working in the round, and honing your skills. (Basic knitting skills are required.) We will be using the Cotton/Bamboo Cascade Yarn Pandamonium to make this flattering top-down raglan tee. Choose from a variety of colors! She's drapey, lightweight, and cool to the touch. Perfect for Spring into Summer!

Skills you will learn and use in this course:

*Top-Down Circular Knitting

*Backwards loop cast on

*German short rows

*Magic loop

*Increases

*Decreases

Week 1: Introduction to construction, choosing yarn and needles, and taking measurements. Learn the cast on methods, and begin to create the neckline

Week 2: Begin working into the body, Learning increases and armhole shaping

Week 3: Connecting the front and back body panels

Week 4: Mastering the bind-off, adding finishing touches, final fitting, and blocking.
